Spurlock Poirier was part of a team developing the Master Plan for this 15-mile-long, City of San Diego section of the San Diego River. This Master Plan provides the framework for establishing historical recognition, water management, habitat enhancement and recreation planning of this extensive river corridor. Our work addresses the urban form of edges and connections as well as human use and appreciation of the river. This includes recreation programming, design and trail planning.
