The Courthouse site is a 60,000-square-foot series of plazas located on a major avenue in the midst of San Diego’s urban redevelopment zone. The project provides the opportunity to develop an iconic building with street frontage that is responsive to pedestrian needs, as well as public space that serves as a gathering place and a link to the evolving downtown open-space system.
