Master plan for revitalizing San Diego's 1.2-mile-long downtown waterfront and linking it with the adjoining downtown, commercial, and residential communities. The plan brings five acres of new waterfront parkland crafted into with 10 distinct "places" each with a specific neighborhood-focused character.
