This joint venture, by the City of Chula Vista and McMillin Land Development, defines the master planning for a 29-acre community park. The site’s ranch history was a focal point in defining the organization and character of the park. Two community workshops were held to help determine the character, program and building locations. After the workshops helped clarify several possibilities, the preferred alternative was selected. The Master Plan shapes a concept for the park and describes the landscape, architectural character and park elements that will emerge.
