



Site planning, landscape architecture and courtyard design for a mixed-use residential and commercial development of affordable and market-rate rental apartments/lofts, and for-sale market-rate rowhomes in San Diego’s Little Italy. Five of the city’s most inventive architects collaborated, requiring creative lot-mapping and extensive client coordination. It produced a housing prototype applauded nationally.
