When complete, this 17-acre project will consist of a 32-story hotel and mirroring 32-story condominium tower along with a 15-story office building and two-story science research building. The site will anchor the east end of one of San Diego’s first “urban nodes,” the bustling University Towne Centre about 15 miles north of Downtown.
