The culmination of a year long community effort to define and reinforce the unique character of Southern California’s only naturally forested beach community. Combining the romantic history of this legendary horse racing town with its highly detailed, hand-crafted architecture, the plan serves as the guiding document for development and infrastructure improvements for Del Mar’s 3-mile-long main street.
